Shweta Mahesh
Founder & CEO
Shweta Mahesh is Founder and CEO of Prudent Business Consultants Pte Ltd, Singapore. The company offers comprehensive business solution for Accounting, Tax advisory and planning, GST, Compilation and Corporate Secretarial Services. It currently employs 4 staff in addition to the CEO.
Shweta graduated in 1995 from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Delhi University with a B.Com (Hons.) She obtained her Chartered Accountancy in 1996 in India. She is also a Singapore Chartered Accountant and Accredited Tax Advisor from the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Profession (SIATP).
Shweta has over 20 years of experience in handling clients and providing bespoke corporate compliance solutions across various industries including Fund management, Software and Trading Companies.
Prior to starting her own firm, Shweta worked with Natarajan & Swaminathan, Singapore from 1998 in various positions and was most recently the Tax Director at the firm.

Cherlyn Tong
Accounts Executive
Cherlyn Tong is Accounts Executive at Prudent Business Consultants Pte Ltd. She graduated from Murdoch University, Australia, with Bachelors of Commerce in Accounting & Finance (Double Major).
She is an Accredited Tax Practitioner (ATP) for Income Tax from Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals (SCTP) and an Associate (ASA) member of CPA Australia. She has over 5 years of experiences in accounting, Book keeping, Singapore Goods and Services Tax (GST) & Singapore Taxation.
Obtained Diploma in Intelligent Building Technology from Temasek Polytechnic, Specialist Diploma in Interior & Landscape Design from BCA Academy and Diploma (Conversion) in Digital Media Creation from Singapore Polytechnic.
Garima Sinha
Tax Manager
Garima Sinha is Tax Manager at Prudent Business Consultants Pte Ltd, Singapore.
Garima obtained her CPA (Aust) and Chartered Accountancy (ICAI) degrees in 2015 and 2013 respectively. She is an Accredited Tax Practitioner (ATP) from Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals (SIATP). She graduated from M.S University, Baroda, with a B.Com (Hons.)
Garima has experience in Singapore and Indian Taxation.
Prior to working with Prubiz, Garima was working with Natarajan & Swaminathan, Singapore.
Neha Sharma
Business & HR Manager
Neha Sharma is the Business and HR Manager at Prudent Business Consultants Pte Ltd, Singapore. The company offers comprehensive Business solutions for Accounting Tax Advisory and Planning, GST, Compilation and Corporate Secretarial Services.
Neha graduated in 2012 from University of Delhi with a degree in Bachelor of Commerce. She has also obtained her Diploma in Office Management (1st Division) from YMCA, Institute for Office Management (Delhi) in 2008.
Neha has over 8 years of office management experience and has worked as an Admin Executive for Natarajan & Swaminathan for 3.5 years before joining Prudent Business Consultants Pte Ltd.
Vinita Rajput
Accounts Executive
Vinita Rajput is Accounts Executive at Prudent.
Vinita obtained her B.com in 2009 & M.com in 2011 from Gujarat University, India. Also, she has done Diploma in Computer Accountancy.
She has over 5 years’ experience in accounts & Book keeping of India as well as Dubai (UAE).
Prior to working with Prubiz, Vinita has worked with Seastarr Trading Pte. Ltd., Singapore.
