● Preparation of IR 21
● Calculating Monthly salary and issuing manual as well as electronic payslips.
● Continuously with support of the management update staff records
● Enter overtime hours, bonus, sales commission, claims and deductions
● Enter working days of new hirers and resigned employees
● System is compliance to labour laws – CPF, SDL and statutory donations.
● Process pay to employees and statutory local authorities on scheduled time
● Provide a net pay list of employee amount and accounts for Client’s action.
● Electronic submission of CPF, SDF and donations to CPF Board
● Claims for NS Men Make-up Pay, Maternity and Child Care from local authorities.

Tax Clearance

  • • Enter working days and system provides last pay of resigned employees

 

  • • Filing IR 21 for foreigners who are leaving country.

Preparation of annual income Tax Forms to employees

  • • Yearly IR8A through Auto-Inclusion
